About

CommonSpirit Urgent Care Tri-Lakes provides quality and compassionate urgent and acute care walk-in services to children and adults for non-life threatening illnesses and injuries. We are staffed with specially trained physicians and experienced nurses who are ready to care for your urgent condition without having scheduled an appointment. Each urgent care center offers on-site outpatient services to make your visit as convenient as possible.

When to Use ER vs. Urgent Care

If you need care fast and your PCP is unavailable, try a network urgent care center, which will be faster and less expensive than the ER.

An urgent care center is prepared to treat things like:

  • Sore throats
  • Rashes
  • Sprains
  • Strains
  • Small cuts
  • Minor infections
  • Minor broken bones (e.g., finger)

CommonSpirit Health is proud to bring a new and improved way to access urgent and emergency care to a neighborhood near you.

This level of care offers urgent and emergency services in one location, eliminating the guesswork of where to go. Upon arrival, you will be evaluated to determine the level of care needed, and the amount you pay is based on the services you receive.

Visit an Emergency and Urgent Care Center for:

  • Abdominal pain
  • Fever, flu, nausea
  • Sports injuries
  • Head injury
  • True emergencies

If you have a medical or life-threatening or limb-threatening emergency dial 911 immediately.

Seek immediate attention at an ER for:

  • Chest pain
  • Sudden weakness or trouble talking
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Spinal injuries
  • Severe head injury
  • Major broken bones
  • Major burns
  • Sudden change in vision
  • Heavy bleeding
  • Large open wounds
